The publication

Privacy information

What this read-only website does with browser requests, cookies, downloads and external links, and what may be recorded by the hosting service.

Scope

This page describes the Content Charlie reference website. It does not describe a former website on this domain or the external services linked from our guides. The information below reflects the application delivered for this publication on 4 November 2026.

Reading and using the site

The application does not provide accounts, contact forms, comments, newsletter registration or online payments. It does not ask visitors to submit personal details. There are no advertising pixels, analytics scripts, embedded third-party video players or externally loaded web fonts in the application.

The application does not set session cookies for ordinary page browsing and does not use browser local storage to record visitors or their preferences. Download links deliver ordinary CSV files. Information you enter into a copy on your own device is not uploaded to this website.

Hosting and technical records

Serving a page necessarily involves a request from your browser. The hosting service or its network may record technical information such as an IP address, requested address, response status, time and browser information for operation and security. Application error logs may record details needed to diagnose a failure.

This site does not publish an unverified hosting-log retention period, hosting-provider identity or claim that no technical data is processed. The application contains no visitor analytics database. Any additional hosting or proxy service would have to be assessed on its actual configuration; the absence of an analytics script does not establish that a web server keeps no logs.

Following a source link takes you to a separate website with its own data practices. The browser may send limited referral information according to its settings and this site's referrer policy. We do not control the linked website. Read its own privacy information before submitting details or using its services.

Your own documents

Be careful about the information you put in a website brief or asset checklist before sharing it with a supplier. A useful brief normally needs responsibilities, decisions and verified business facts; it does not need passwords, payment-card details or a copy of a customer's personal records.

Contact and changes

The current contact arrangements are published separately. No email address or data-request service is invented here. If a form, account, analytics service or other data feature is added in future, this information must be updated to match it before that feature is offered.

The editorial policy explains how substantive changes are dated. Terms of use cover adapting the publication's worksheets and examples.
